New CFO and Group General Counsel

William Grant & Sons can confirm two changes to the Company’s Executive Board with the appointments of Graeme Jenkins as Chief Financial Officer and Isabelle Meyer-Barchechath as Group General Counsel. 

Graeme was most recently CEO at Dobbies Garden Centres and has extensive commercial and financial experience across a number of sectors. He previously held roles as CFO of Target in Australia, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at Virgin Media, and CFO of Menzies Aviation. Graeme joins the Company following the departure of Giles Wilson.

Isabelle joins from Kingfisher plc, where she was Group Functions Legal Director and deputy to the Group General Counsel. She brings considerable experience to the business from her time with companies such as Moët Hennessy, JP Morgan, and Just Eat. Isabelle will succeed Catriona Macritchie who will retire after a second spell with the Company.
