Aerstone is a straight talking Single Malt, cutting through the clutter of the category to give you a simple choice: Smooth or Smoky?
Sea Cask is smooth. It’s a classic Speyside-style Single Malt.
Land Cask is smoky. It’s a peated Single Malt.
Both are aged for 10 years in our warehouses in Ayrshire under the watchful eye of our Master Blender, Brian Kinsman
Ailsa Bay is a unique, sweet, smoke single malt peated whisky from one of the most technologically advanced distilleries in the world.
It is inspired by the creativity of science and disrupts the traditional whisky industry.
We micro control our SPPM (sweet parts per million) and PPPM (peat parts per million) levels to deliver a precision distilled, perfectly balanced peated Single Malt.
Ailsa Bay 2.1 has the beautifully balanced flavour of peat and rich vanilla oakiness, meandering between smoke, fruit and creamy toffee.

Our original Discarded is a sweet vermouth infused with cascara, the discarded fruit of the coffee berry left over from coffee production.
We’re now building on our sustainability portfolio with Discarded Banana Peel Rum.
This innovative spirit pairs Caribbean rum used to prepare empty whisky casks for final maturation with banana peels destined for the bin.
Atopia is a special liquid that uses our distilling and blending expertise to create a new generation of spirits that are an alternative to alcoholic drinks.
